FAQs:

How long are materials available after an event ?

If you paid for an event, you will be able to access these materials for approximately two years afterwards. We don't retain material indefinitely to control storage costs.

How do I get these ?

If you paid for an event you will be able to click on the links below. You will need to log into the website using the same username that you used to book the event. If you can't click on the links then we don't have a booking under your current email address so please get in touch using the "Contact us" link in the menu above.

Can I buy these presentations if I didn't book the event ?

No, the materials are intended to support the information that is presented at the relevant event: they are not intended to be useful independently. OUPS does not have any distribution rights to sell them separately to the event for which they were created.

Can I share these with other people ?

No, your use of any materials is restricted to the terms under which you were originally granted access to them, i.e. they are for your own personal use, and to share them you need the permission of the copyright holder who created them. OUPS cannot grant this permission, you need to contact the author.

Why can't I see the slides for a session I attended ?

We can only make material available if the presenter makes it available to us. The great benefit of having this flexibility is that speakers and researchers who present for OUPS can share information that is still awaiting publication or that is still being investigated, without committing to it being placed on the record. This avoids any issues with copies floating around the internet that might be interpreted as fully qualified, peer-reviewed research findings.

So if it's not in the list below, we have agreed with the speaker not to distribute the material that was presented at that time.
